Rules and Regulations

Dear Parents and Students,

We are pleased to welcome you to the world of TuTree. You are now a part of an exclusive community and we are looking forward to a fruitful and prosperous journey together.

In order to maintain discipline and to ensure best practices, we at TuTree require parents and students to adhere firmly to the Rules set by the organization. Please go through the Rules as we expect full compliance from everyone on all Rules. Please read and understand these points clearly.

CLASSROOM CODE OF CONDUCT: Classes will start at the scheduled time; you are expected to attend the classes punctually. Strict action will be taken against the student who joins late.

– Students should use a quiet place to attend online classes. If there are any disruptions in the background, we request that microphones are muted in order to make learning a compelling experience for all class fellows.

– We suggest all students arrange for backup data support to cater for electricity or internet failures. All such disconnects must be immediately addressed so that classes are not missed.

– No class recording will be provided to students. The sessions will be interactive and it is requested to attend class punctually.

– Students must be present 10 minutes before the start of each class.

– We expect respectful interaction between all those in the classroom. The teacher has the right to remove any student who will disrupt or misbehave in the class.

– Students are expected to maintain class decorum.

– Submission of quizzes and assignments should be on time by the students.

NO DIRECT CONTACT: Parents are not allowed to contact teachers directly. All sorts of communication must be done on our official WhatsApp group. In case of any emergency notify the management in advance and ask for permission to contact the teacher.

– Essential information like class structure, syllabus, and learning objectives will be updated on the official WhatsApp group right after student joins. If any question remains unanswered, feel free to bring them up with the management.

– TuTree’s IDs and passwords will be provided by management and sent on WhatsApp number.

MISSING CLASS POLICY: It is a parent responsibility to inform the teacher/management at least 4 hours prior to the class, if a student is going to be absent. If a parent failed to inform, there will be no makeup class.

LEAVE POLICY: If a student needs to take off for a longer period of time i.e more than a week. Parent should notify in advance to the management and ask for approval. In this case their due date will be changed.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER: Substitute teacher will be provided by the management in case a parent is not satisfied with the current teacher.

PAYMENT/DUES POLICY: Fee should be submitted before the due date of each month. Students will not be entered into the class after the due date.

– Certificates will only be issued to passing students after the end of each module.

– All official announcements or class information will be conveyed to the students through our official contact number.
