Tutree is a non-traditional school that caters to students in ways that differ from traditional educational institutions. Our teaching methodology and learning are designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
WHAT SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE?
We offer batch programs as well as one-on-one tutoring.
Our batch programs are conducted by senior teachers, who are into the system and are aligned with our approach and vision.
BENEFITS
– It’s a part-time opportunity so if you’re working in a school or somewhere, you can avail it to make some extra bucks. Our peak hours typically occur from 4 to 8 PM, and teachers are expected to dedicate at least 3 hours per weekday, aligned with our peak hours to teaching classes.

– Work from home for teachers would save on travelling and other expenses.
– Flexible timings
TuTree Team also provides lessons, guides the teacher and assists in filling their schedule, which typically takes about a month. There will be no extra burden of copy checking, extra duties, planner making etc. However, teachers are expected to deliver excellent demonstrations to the students.
REQUIREMENTS
– Since TuTree is an online educational platform. A teacher applying for a position of an ONLINE INSTRUCTOR must have a laptop, strong internet connection, a noiseless and clear background, computer literacy, fluency in English and an active, energetic and lively personality.
– Teachers must be proficient with Zoom App tools, particularly utilizing the screen as a whiteboard for explanations and written tasks. Additionally, they should facilitate student use of this screen for writing activities.
RULES
- Teachers are required to keep their cameras on throughout class hours; turning them off is not permitted.
- Students must clearly understand the concept taught by the end of each class.
- Classes are expected to be interactive and engaging.
- Classes should be student-centered, ensuring children have fun and enjoy a positive learning experience.
- Teachers must be prepared for each lesson, with resources, visuals, and activity plans readily available on their tabs before entering the class.
- Proper utilization of the digital whiteboard is expected, with students also encouraged to use it.
- Communication should be primarily in English, constituting at least 90% of class time.
- If a child is late to class, teachers are required to send a reminder message in the group and wait for 15 minutes. If the student does not arrive within that time frame, teachers should end the meeting and reschedule the class.
- A teacher can take 1 day of leave with prior notice, must inform at least 2 hours before an emergency class, and is responsible for making up any missed sessions.
- Teachers are compensated based on the number of classes they conduct.
SHARES
– In exchange for the service the teacher provides, a share of the student’s fee will be given to the teacher.
– Some of our teachers are making 30,000 to 60,000 in a month depending on the number of units they are conducting in a day.
– We encourage teachers to openly ask the management about their share when enrolling a new student.
– If more than two subject teachers are teaching a student, the shares will be divided among them according to the chart provided above.
– Teachers’ shares will be released via bank transfer within 4 to 5 working days after the assigned or makeup classes have been completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Teacher will give a free demo lesson (Demo is NOT considered as a session class).
– Plan and conduct engaging and interactive classes.
– Share next month’s goals, class agendas and attendance of the student before a new month starts.
– Assign homework.
– Share screenshots of the important lecture points/material in the respected group.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
There is a zero-tolerance policy against teachers who contact the parents through direct means and for teachers who delay making arrangements for the demo sessions after being assigned to them.
Immediate action is taken against teachers who break the rules.
Note: Teachers are kindly requested to end the Zoom meeting after 25 minutes and instruct students to rejoin using the same link. This process barely takes 2 seconds but ensures your safety in case the meeting ends unexpectedly. To facilitate this, consider setting an alarm before starting the meeting. Additionally, teachers are encouraged to take a screenshot of important lecture material before leaving the meeting, allowing for continuity in the lesson.
